{1}}Per registrare i vostri atti presso l'ufficio del registro occorrono
le seguenti cose:
-\/ il codice fiscale dell'associazione;
-\/ bisogna indicare una sede legale sullo statuto;
-\/ lo statuto deve essere conforme ad una serie di parametri, in particolare 
deve specificare che si tratta di una associazione senza scopo di lucro;
-\/ due copie dell'atto costitutivo (una terza facoltativa), di cui una
contenente il verbale della prima riunione nella quale i soci fondatori 
hanno fondato il LUG e approvato lo statuto e la sede legale;
una copia verrà tenuta dall'ufficio del registro le altre 2 rilasciate 
bollate all'associazione (dopo circa 15 giorni);
-\/ bisogna andare all'ufficio del registro a procurarsi i moduli 
(Attenzione: molti uffici del registro non forniscono i moduli bisogna 
procurarseli presso la Buffetti o altri rivenditori);
-\/ i moduli vanno compilati con una serie di codici astrusi (chiedere 
informazioni all'impiegato), con il codice fiscale dell'associazione, con i 
dati del presidente (legale rappresentante);
-\/ le copie dello statuto consegnate per la registrazione devono essere 
firmate in ogni pagina da presidente e segretario;
-\/ ci vuole un bollo da circa 10,00 euro per ogni 100 righe del documento aggregato 
"atto costitutivo"+"statuto", ne segue che è meglio se lo statuto è corto;
-\/ bisogna pagare una imposta di circa 130,00 euro con sopra i dati del legale 
rappresentante.  Dal momento in cui si paga questa imposta la procedura va 
completata in 20 giorni;
-\/ può eseguire tutta l'operazione chiunque del gruppo, non importa che 
faccia tutto il presidente... l'importante è che le firme siano giuste (se 
il presidente non ha tempo di andare all'ufficio registro ci può pensare
