0.00.001 1997-01-11 Antonio GALLO start the project from a machine
running Windows 95. The first kernel used is created
			using a Red-Hat 4.0 from an Ext2 FS.

0.01.000 1997-04-11 After thousands of reboots the first system finally
start to works. This document was created in that
			date with "vi"

0.01.001 1997-11-27 I waste a lot of time in other things ... i have
inserted a lot of unusefull files and libs, so i decide
to start the work back from scratch

0.200 1997-12-08 I have a system working properly, with some nice script

0.250 1998-01-08 Uao ! Using the 0.200 i was able to install XFree (in
TGZ format) and KDE-beta-2 (in RPM format)

0.300 1998-02-16 Added user profile, script works fine, i've to add more
			scripts.

0.350 1998-02-21	Removed the idea to have user profile like W95, linux
does not need this things ...
			Also renamed /etc/config.sys into /etc/sysconfig
For compatibility with DOS "cls" is a link to "clear"

0.351 1998-02-24	Works is going fine ...
0.352 1998-02-24	A lot of changes to ~/.inputrc /etc/bashrc, now
keyboard and keys works fine, prompt and ls is
			coloured nicely

0.370 1998-03-05 Terminal look clever (i.e. a nice font, prompt and
color scheme), my FS begins to be FSHS 2 compliant

0.400 1998-08-31	A lot of months passed doing nothing more than
compiling GNOME and Enlightenment and GTK and other
			stuff ....
I recognize that it's time to start to make a cd-rom
distribution rather than a floppy distribution ...
i began to write the setup script, they'are going
			fine ... i implemented a nice cd-rom autoscanning
features. The version number doesn't changed 'cause
i not released this to nobody. I want things really
work first. Also i have a single bootdisk using
"initrd" (the Ramdisk) and a compressed kernel image
			(bzImage). A nice programming trial.

0.500 1998-09-02	Complete rewritten the configuration scripts, i pass
a lot of time mergeing all the changes done with new
scripts and new documentation. Quitely, i decided that
it's now time to complete that work and to begin to
			release something.
0.501 1998-09-05 Coloured 'ls' and 'joe' works fine
0.502 1998-09-06	Setup script now mount source cd and create a UMSDOS
file system. Also, User Profile is really working !!
Why Linux is so perfect ? Maybe, because he does what
			you want !
0.503 1998-09-07	Distribution directory 4bootdisk is renamed as 4bootdsk
for 8.3 dos name compatibility !
0.504 1998-09-28 "Little Italy" is now the .zipped dos version of the
distribution. "AGX Linux" is now the CD-ROM native
linux distribution, also called "Gallinux" !
0.550 1998-09-28 Added libext2*.so & lib*com*err*.so missed into "Little Italy"
0.560 1998-09-28 HTML documentation is now in his definitive form
0.561 1998-10-01	Script for configuring swap partition and other enhancement
			to the profile.
0.600 1998-10-08 Update all the libraries into /lib and /usr/lib
Removed unused or unreferenced or no symlinked libs
			/usr/lib/terminfo is now a link to /usr/share/terminfo (FHS 2.0)
Removed /bin/ed (who really use it ?)
			The package base.lib.tar.gz is ready
0.650 1998-10-10 at 9:30 am
			Added "rpm2targz" !!! & "splitvt" !!!
			Added "bzip2" <- "bunzip2" !!!
dialog has been moved from /usr/bin to /bin
			Updated slackware /sbin/*package*
			Updated /lib/ld-linux.so.1 from 1.7.44 to 1.9.9

			Added SHADOW PASSWORD support
0.700 1998-10-11 & 12
"Sincerly: when i was root i deleted this file !"
"So changes here are missed" ... never log as root !
Everybody thinks: "this will never happen to me" ...
			... instead ... (^_^) ... it really happens !
0.701 1998-10-13	New setup script for the update daemon, fix for the
main menu and for the mouse (fixed a problem with
			the PS2 aux device )
0.710 1998-10-16 Updated the RPM to 2.5.2.1

			Many adjustements
0.850 1998-11-11	URK! Finally i wrote the script to configure the network
			but only the eth0 interface.

			'connect <connection_name>' and 'disconnect'. These
			are configurable thru the controlpanel

0.940 1998-12-09	'controlpanel' is almost done ... problems with dialog
0.980 1999-01-10	Just near the exit of the tunnel ... added blackbox and

Beta 5 1999-01-26
OK, At this point i decide to frozen the "Little Italy Project" to move
on actively on "Bad Penguin". "Little Italy" is the core parte of the
distribution installable exploding a .zip file in your windows directory,
while "BP" is a full-featured Linux distribution. From this point we are
realesing beta quality cd-rom of the distribution.

1999-02-03	Still working on, we have a fine web site now.
1999-02-13	Bad Penguin will be in italian language, from this
point you need to know italian.
Beta 6 1999-03-15	Parte la conversione da kernel 2.0.36 a kernel 2.2.x
			e da libc.5.4.44 a glibc-2.x.x
Intanto gli AGX-UserProfiles sono su Linuxberg e
			Freshmeant
Beta 7 1999-04-26	La conversione e' ancora in corso, la mole di lavoro
da svolgere e' impressionante, si e' riveltato un vero
			bagno di sangue.
"Little Italy" e' dichiarato morto, non e' necessario
gestire un file separato, basta installare BP su una
FAT e quindi da Windows zippare tale albero della
			directory.
