Quake ]I[ Arena

I am a Quake fans since the first release. A very fantastic games that run smoothly under DOS on i486 computer and 2MB RAM Video Card. REcently i played Quake3Arena and the MOD Urban Terror after work time.

I only play at that time 'cause i have no Windows computer ad home... i usually run Free Unixes systems and to play Q3 you need a very powerfull machine: i have an AMD at 100MHz :-)))

In 2001, when starting playing Q3, i wanna thanks Thanatos a gentle and female students from the M.I.T. that help me a lot... we have a lot of fun, see this picture in which we build a tower ;-)

In this pictures you can see my first victory to a FFA game and in this other one the first time i lead a CTF team to the victory

During 2001 i was a member of the FAL (Fear and Loathing) clan. Info upon that clan can be found at http://www.fal-clan.co.uk/ and we usually played at the Force 9 server (212.159.6.201:27960)

In 2002 i switched to another job and i have no more access to a good machine with a good video card. I cannot use my notebook, it will not give me more than few FPS with quake. Also i am not going to buy a home PC 'cause currently i prefer to play with the Playstaion2. But don't be afraind as soon as i will find a good machine i'll be back to quake you down :-)
